We want you to be satisfied. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order you may return the item or items within 30 days. We will be glad to make an exchange, credit your account or refund your original method of payment. You need to contact customer service at 1-800-81-FRAME for a “Return Authorization” number. Your return may be subject to delay or deduction from your refund if a “Return Authorization” number is not received. The credit or replacement will be processed after we receive your return. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the return to show on the account. We do not accept C.O.D freight or refund the original shipping costs.
*If a product is received damaged please call customer services for a replacement or credit. A call tag and “Return Authorization” will be processed to pick up your damaged item.

All sales are considered final with no returns accepted. If a return is warranted due to a mistake of some type, please contact customer services at 1-800-81-FRAME for a return authorization within 30 days of being invoiced.
